Built-in seating, oversized drawers and an island with lots of storage (on the hidden side) make this little kitchen work.
Make the space under the stairs work! Behind that cabinet door we installed an outlet and cable connection - that's where we hide the internet modem and router.
Tiny back yard is a delight because the architect designed a beautiful patio cover. It's not in this photo, but we installed astroturf instead of grass. The tenant's Alaskan Malamute loves it.
We tucked this 800sf ADU in the backyard and gave it a curved walkway.
Notice the little fencing at the end of the new driveway. It blocks headlights from shining into the ADU.
