Meet the team

Arthur Donaghey is a builder, developer and landlord. He’s developed more than a dozen properties for his own portfolio. Since starting as a painting contractor forty years ago, Arthur’s work has included being a termite and dry rot contractor, solving retroactive building permit problems, remodeling homes and building from the ground up. Arthur understands that developing and building real estate is a team sport. That’s why he’s built a team of experts who combine their talents to evaluate a property, finance the construction and build it to create the return we want.

Stephen Kaplan has a Masters Degree in Supply Chain logistics. He is a builder, real estate investor, landlord and serious rock climber. He is learning how to master the complexities of the land use code and the building permitting process. Stephen’s expertise lies in his ability to evaluate the development potential of a property, organize the necessary information and break it down into discrete steps to complete a project.

Dan Bramske is a Licensed Architect with more than fifteen years of experience designing and developing residential and commercial projects. Dan has the remarkable ability to actually answer the phone when you call, research today’s problem during the call and give a useful answer on the spot or later that day.
